2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, password, and subscription details
• Contact Details: Name, phone numbers, email address, address, company information, job title, web links, profile pictures, and banner images
• Payment Information: Processed securely through third-party payment processors (we do not store full payment card details)

2.1.1 Free QR Code Feature - No Data Collection

IMPORTANT: When you use the free QR code creation feature (available without creating an account), we do NOT collect, store, transmit, or process any of the information you enter. Specifically:

• No Data Storage: Information entered for free QR codes (first name, last name, phone number, email address) is NOT stored on our servers, databases, or any cloud storage systems.
• No Data Transmission: The data you enter is NOT transmitted to our servers. The QR code is generated entirely on your device using vCard format.
• No Encryption: Since no data is stored or transmitted, encryption does not apply to free QR codes. The data exists only locally on your device.
• No Tracking: We cannot track, monitor, or access free QR codes once they are generated, as they are created entirely on your device.
• Your Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the data you enter and the QR codes you create using the free feature. We bear no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or security of free QR codes.

This free feature is provided as-is for your convenience. If you require data storage, encryption, and account management features, please create a business account or upgrade to Pro.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: QR code scan counts, link click tracking, document view counts
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
• Analytics: App usage patterns and performance metrics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Generate and manage QR codes
• Display contact information to visitors who scan your QR codes
• Track engagement metrics (scans, clicks, views)

4. Data Encryption and Security

We take data security seriously. All contact details stored in our system (for business accounts and Pro subscriptions) are encrypted using AES-256 encryption, an industry-standard encryption method. Your encryption key is securely stored and managed to ensure only you can access your encrypted data.

Note: Free QR codes created without an account are NOT encrypted, as they are not stored on our servers. The data exists only locally on your device and is not subject to our encryption or security measures.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Public QR Code Data: When you create a QR code, we create an unencrypted public version of the selected contact information to display to visitors. This data is stored separately and only contains the information you choose to include in the QR code.
• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services (e.g., Firebase, payment processors, analytics providers)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety

6. Advertising

Free users may see advertisements on the app and when visitors view their QR code pages. Pro users can remove advertisements. We use Google AdMob and Google AdSense for advertising. These services may collect information about your device and browsing behavior to provide relevant ads. Please review Google's privacy policies for more information.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You can access and update your contact details at any time through the app
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
• QR Code Management: You can delete QR codes, which will also delete associated public data and uploaded files
• Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account or a QR code, we delete the associated data, including public data and uploaded files (images, documents).

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
